What is therapy?
Therapy is an effective form of treatment that can help you with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, concentration difficulties, excessive worry, relational issues, life crises, etc. Sometimes therapy can be useful helping you to get to know yourself better, your thought patterns, and emotional expressions.
Bothersome symptoms may be an indication that old reaction patterns that once were functional and adaptable, are no longer helpful. Therapy can help you explore, understand, and change your difficulties in order to feel better, develop better relationships, and make better choices. A psychologist is in the possession of knowledge of the way humans function, and can offer a variety of exercises and techniques that can be useful. The psychologist is an expert in facilitating the process of change, while you are the expert on yourself. Together we can bring about the change you are looking for in your life.
Mentoring:
I have significant experience mentoring psychologists and other professional groups, both within public health care, private health services and schools. Mentoring is available to individuals and groups.
Fees:
Individual therapy session 45 min: NOK 1450
Couples therapy session 45 min: NOK 2000

Sessions are paid by VIPPS or card.
